About this Speaker
With an undergraduate degree in Math from Northwestern University, I held several jobs in large industries as a Industrial Engineer and as a data analyst on Wall Street. I then attended law school. As a lawyer, I have handled work for both large corporations and small entities and individuals.
I have been engaged in both the litigation side of law and the transactional side. At this same time, my husband, a true entrepreneur, has founded and grown several companies. I have helped in the details of those businesses including determining business structures.
For the past five years while working at Loring & Assoc., and with so many clients being Escapees, I have helped many people determine the best structure for their small businesses and have then been deeply involved in the creation of those company structures.
